Does anyone know what you should do if you lose a pack of birth control pills while halfway through it?

The instructions on the pack don’t really say what to do. It just says if you miss more than 3, you’re supposed to take some pills until Sunday and then start a new pack…but I’ve only missed one day and I don’t have any extra pills to take until Sunday. Faaack.

I guess I should just start the new pack tonight? I just hope it doesn’t fuck up my hormones.
